Q: What is my username and or password to login to the website?
A: Your user name is the email address you registered with and your password will be the password you made during the registration process. If you are not sure what your registered e-mail address is, or if you are having trouble logging into the system, please send an e-mail to info@designmywallunit.com.


Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?

A: Please login with your user name and current password. Click on the edit your online profile link. Then go down Email. Erase what is there and type a new Email address in the box. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes.


Q: Do you have a product catalog you can mail me?
A: Yes we do, please e-mail your name and address to us or call (800) 348-4848 and we will mail one to you ASAP.


Q: Why can I not see the images on designmywallunits.com?
A: There are many reasons for you not being able to see images on Designmywallunit.com from your web browser. If you are seeing a red X where pictures should be that means your browser tried to download the pictures but could not. Most browsers will let you turn off downloading of images to make the pages load faster. First you need to check your browser and make sure you have Show Pictures set correctly.


Q: Why can I not get prices in chat?
A: Many of our manufacturers have restrictions that prohibit us from pricing their furniture online. However, a Designmywallunit.com representative will happily phone you regarding your request for product information.
